	THE UNIVERSAL FORUM OF CULTURES The Universal Forum of Cultures is the first edition of a new large-scale international event that will bring people from all over the world together in Barcelona. 	VILAFRANCA DEL PENEDÈS Geographical and historical capital of the Penedès, region of vineyards, wine and “cava”. Festivities and traditions are very much still alive, and such things as human towers keep on being done.
